Full Detailed Artworks: USD 160Paintings that employ the use of other techniques other than just brush strokes. This may include the usage of textures or photomanipulation techniques in order to achieve the desired effect or detail.
Terms and Conditions:
Nature of Project:
- Before I start on a painting, it is best that you fill me in with as much detail regarding the artwork that you want. I must understand completely what you have in mind before I begin painting.
- If I feel that the given information is still inadequate, I reserve the right to ask further questions until I'm clear with what is required in the artwork.
- Do take note that If you do have a deadline set for the artwork, make sure that you inform me of such deadlines. Ensure that you inform me of the project 5 days before the intended deadline, in order to allow for any revisions should the need arise on your part. I will not be held responsible for any un-done revisions due to the tight deadlines given, as I may have other commissions to work on. So therefore, make sure to plan your commissions in terms of timing, properly and adequately to prevent any complications. Please note that Rush Works fees will be counted in.
(please refer to Rush Works)- If there's any stock images or artworks that you would like me to include in a commission, please ensure that they are of High Resolution and is not bound to any copyright. I will not be held responsible for any infringement of copyrighted materials given by the client. I reserve the right to determine whether the material given is fit for use based on my discretion and judgment. Rest assured you will be duly informed should any ambiguity arises.
Pricing Quotations:
- Once I've gotten every detail that is needed to start painting, I will immediately set the price for the artwork depending on what has been discussed, together with the factors involved that is crucial in the completion of the artwork such as time, and the amount of detail needed to attain the effect that you desire.
Upfront & Final Payment:
- I will ask for 20% the payment before I start on a painting
(e.g. If the painting costs USD100, I'll ask for USD20 as an upfront). Once received, I will start on the painting. When I'm finished, you will be sent a watermarked thumbnail of the finished piece for preview, then once I have the second half of the payment, I will send you the FULL HIGH-RESOLUTION and UNWATERMARKED version of the artwork.
- Please not that I follow a
"Pay First" policy. This is non-negotiable.
Method of Payment:
- I only accept payments through Paypal.
Changes & Revisions:
- For every additional changes and revisions made to the finished artwork, I will charge an extra
USD 5.
- Should you decide to scrap any commissions that has been approved previously in place of an entirely new artwork due to changes in idea that will require an entirely new artwork, please note that I will still include the scrapped artwork in the final payment for half its price while charging a full price for the new artwork.
(e.g. if an artwork costs USD160, it will cost USD80 as a scrap)-Please take note that regardless of whether the scrapped artwork is replaced with a new one, I will still include it in the final payment for half the price.
Commissioning artworks already on display in my gallery:
- You can request to commission any of my works that are already on display in my gallery for any purpose. However, I will charge those artworks at a normal rate as stated above depending on the nature of the artwork itself. Please consult me first as some of these artworks may have been bought or used by others. I will not sell any artworks that have already been commissioned by someone else previously..
(Note: Bear in mind that ALL of the artworks in my gallery are small in terms of resolution and they contain my signature stamp. You have to buy them from me if you want me to give you the FULL HIGH-RES versions of those artworks without my signature stamp included.) Rights to Ownership:
- Although you have the right to the artworks after you have received the FULL HIGH RESOLUTION, NON WATERMARKED version of the artwork, I still retain the right to post it up
(with my signature stamp included) in my online gallery here in DeviantART or any websites that belongs to me for the sake of reference.
- Please ensure that you keep your original copy of the artwork intact and do not share them with anyone else in order to prevent theft.
- You do not have the right to claim that the artwork was made by you either in written or verbal form both in and out of the internet.
Termination of Project and Refunds:
- In the event that I'm unable to complete the project due to unforseen circumstances that may render me incapable of completing the project, you will be immediately informed and I will have your upfront payment immediately refunded either to your Paypal account, or to your bank account, in which you must give me your Paypal email or bank number in order for me to perform the refund transaction.
- Please note that since I accept Payment only through Paypal, Paypal may charge a certain amount of small fee for any external transactions from Paypal to any bank accounts. Please make sure that you check and understand Paypal's policy regarding this matter.
Kill Fee:
- In the event that you as the client decides to terminate the project before its completion, I will charge a Kill Fee depending on the level of progress throughout the entire project.
- After 1st preview:

(NOTE: previews will be counted per email containing any previews of commissioned artworks) Rush Work:
- If project given is deemed too tight for my schedules, I will advise that the project is considered as a Rush Work depending on the brevity of the deadline and the amount of works I have at hand.
- However if you still agree to continue on, I will charge an extra
USD20 for each artwork and an extra
USD5 on top of the Changes & Revisions fee's initial price.
File Transfer:
- Once I've received full payment for a particular artwork, you will receive the artwork in these following formats:
JPEG, TIFF, & PSD.
- If you require the artwork in any other format other than the stated above, please inform me so.
- I will provide download links to the RAR file which contains the artwork in its various formats only once I've received confirmation of final payment in my Paypal account.
Miscellaneous:
- I do not accept requests for free artworks. This is non-negotiable.
